Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on September 11, 2026 and ends on November 3, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of Tennessee who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Exclusions. Employees, contractors, vendors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor, candidate, or campaign committee are not eligible.
One Person/One Account. Each participant may participate using only one identity and account. Duplicate, fraudulent, or fabricated accounts or referrals are prohibited.
Referral Links. Each eligible participant will receive a unique referral link or referral code. Participants may share their link through any lawful means. No Facebook, Instagram, or other social-media posting, sharing, reposting, or tagging is required or rewarded.
Qualifying Referrals. A referral counts toward a participant’s prize tier only when a unique individual uses the participant’s referral link or code to complete the designated signup process and otherwise satisfies the eligibility requirements to the satisfaction of Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor will maintain records of qualifying referrals and may verify referrals and disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible referrals, the submission of which disqualifies that person/account.
Prize Tiers. A participant’s prize eligibility and tier will be determined solely by the number of qualifying referrals credited to that eligible participant during the Promotion Period, as specified in the official prize schedule. Prizes. During the Promotion Period, participants may earn one (1) milestone prize, corresponding to the highest referral threshold achieved, as follows:
1 qualifying referral (self not included): One (1) Campaign shirt.
5 qualifying referrals: One (1) Campaign hat.
20 qualifying referrals: One (1) Campaign tumbler.
50 qualifying referrals: One (1) private invitation to attend a Campaign watch party, scheduled at sole discretion of Sponsor.
100 qualifying referrals: One (1) fifteen-minute one-on-one Q&A session with the Candidate via Zoom, , scheduled at sole discretion of Sponsor.
250 qualifying referrals: One (1) hometown roundtable hosted for the participant and up to twenty (20) guests, with food and beverages provided by the Sponsor, scheduled at sole discretion of Sponsor.
In addition, the Top Ten (10) participants with the greatest number of qualifying referrals at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will receive the following prizes:
1st Place: Choice of one (1) hot tub or one (1) golf cart, found on hottub.com or golfcarts.com.
2nd Place through 10th place: Visa gift cards as follows (# place): $1,000 (2nd); $900 (3rd); $800 (4th); $700 (5th); $600 (6th); $500 (7th); $400 (8th); $300 (9th); $200 (10th). Top Ten prizes are awarded in addition to the single milestone prize corresponding to the participant’s highest qualifying referral threshold.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable and cannot be held for any reason, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to applicable taxes and reporting requirements. Prizes must be claimed by November 15, 2026 and winner must complete required product selection and redemption forms.
Ties. If two or more participants have the same number of qualifying referrals and are otherwise tied for a prize, the winner will be determined by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s determination will be final.
No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate or win.
Sponsor Rights. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud, technical failure, or changes in applicable law. Sponsor may disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or improper conduct.
Effect of Termination. If the Promotion is terminated early, prize eligibility and awards will be determined based on qualifying referrals properly recorded as of the effective time of termination, subject to these Rules.
Final Decisions. Sponsor’s determinations regarding eligibility, qualifying referrals, prize tiers, and winners are final.
Meta Disclaimer. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or their respective affiliates. By participating, each entrant releases Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion.
Void Where Prohibited. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Release; Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, candidate, campaign committee, and each of their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use of any prize, any violation of these Rules, or any dispute concerning eligibility, referrals, prize awards, or administration of the Promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Promotion. Nothing in these Rules shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
